Assessment Services
Comprehensive Early Intervention Services with Time 2 Grow ABA begin with a functional behavioral assessment and treatment planning. We use a combination of tools to provide comprehensive assessment across all domains. We conduct assessments that are norm-referenced (standardized) and/or skill/performance based. Assessments are conducted in the home, daycare, and community settings to provide a clear picture of the child’s current skills, either in person or via telehealth appointments. Part of the assessment service includes parent interviews and discussing the family’s concerns, their observations, and overall feedback of what they would like to achieve. It is during this period that family expectations are discussed. Time 2 Grow ABA values parent feedback and finds it an essential part of effective treatment planning.
Individualized Behavioral Intervention Services
Our behavioral intervention services involve a team of experienced clinicians who implement behavior modification protocols to support learning and development. At such tender ages, Time 2 Grow ABA recognizes the need to focus on skill development and skill retention. Many behaviors that children may display are a direct result of not having adequate skill levels to communicate their needs. Our play-based curriculum is specifically designed to develop communication skills, social skills, and play skills. BCBAs also develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) as support structures that enhance skill acquisition.
Time 2 Grow ABA works closely with children and families to target skills that are not only developmentally important for the child, but also skills that are important to the family culture. Our services are both individualized, reflecting needs and values, and also personalized, mindful of specific preferences or particulars. Parent training is offered either on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis directly with the BCBAs to address parent concerns and parent goals for their child or for their relationship with their child. Parent training services with BCBAs are in addition to parent participation included within ABA sessions.
Parent Training Services

Time 2 Grow ABA provides parent training and in-home early behavioral intervention for children with developmental disabilities or delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). We partner with caregivers to help their early learners master developmental milestones and reach their maximum learning potential.
Parent training services are both mandatory program requirements as well as exclusive support that is offered to the family to best meet their needs. Parent training is individualized and personalized to reflect a family’s unique needs, with the focus on increasing flow, smoothing routines, and enhancing function within the household. Parent training additionally aims to increase communication within the family unit so that caregivers feel empowered and confident in their relationship with their child. Parent training is a comprehensive service that is part of our integrated in-home ABA treatment.
Problem Behaviors
Time 2 Grow ABA provides a risk assessment throughout programming and services to identify safety concerns as well as skill deficits that require immediate attention. If left untreated, these behaviors will intensify in a variety of dimensions (frequency, duration, magnitude). Time 2 Grow ABA will develop an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). Research has demonstrated that implementing a BIP has proven successful in decreasing behavioral excesses and implementing behavioral modification. Research has also demonstrated the possible occurrence of an “extinction burst.” An extinction burst is an increase in any dimension of a behavior in response to intervention. With consistent application of the BIP, the extinction burst will decrease and the BIP will be successful. The extinction burst may last a few days to a few weeks. Overall, the risk of not intervening outweighs the risk of intervention. Time 2 Grow ABA works closely with family members to ensure that all components of a BIP can be agreed upon and successfully implemented in the home and community settings.
Time 2 Grow ABA places emphasis on skill development and acquisition. As such, an integral component of BIPs are replacement behaviors–behaviors that are more socially acceptable to enhance a child’s ability to effectively communicate. We focus on these skill-building behaviors so young children may learn how to express themselves and meet their needs.
Data
Time 2 Grow ABA uses leaders in ABA technology for its clinical platform. Team members use tablets or phones to collect data during sessions. The data is stored within a HIPAA-compliant, centralized database. Families have access to all their child’s files including but not limited to session data, session notes, program development with short-term and long-term goals, timesheets, and billing information. Time 2 Grow ABA values transparency in all interactions across clinical and administrative duties.
