About Time 2 Grow
Time 2 Grow ABA was founded by two BCBA moms with 20+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Childhood Education. Merging the science and effectiveness of ABA with the social significance of early childhood education has formed the clinical foundation of our unique approach to early intervention ABA services. Serving families across Alameda and Contra Costa counties, Time 2 Grow ABA continues to build partnerships with families, local daycares and preschools, as well as community programs and businesses committed to toddlers and preschool age children.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are highly skilled and led by our clinical leadership team experienced in developmental pediatrics, clinical psychology, and autism therapy.

Specialized
Our group of BCBAs and RBTs at Time 2 Grow ABA are trained and specialized to work with toddlers and preschool aged children to support their unique skills and interests. Assessments are conducted by BCBA clinical directors and all treatment planning and parent training is overseen by BCBA with backgrounds in child development and language and literacy instruction. Our curriculum is specific to early intervention and we are proud that we prepare our children to graduate from our programming and enter Kindergarten.
Direct intervention staff are either working towards their or have Bachelor’s degrees while our Clinical Managers are working towards or have Master’s degrees in ABA. BCBAs are already board certified in ABA. BCBA Clinical Directors provide regionalized supervision and oversee work flows and training models. We follow two-tier and three-tier educational models to develop and implement programming. BCBAs and BCBA Clinical Directors offer parent consultations to empower families and build confidence in their relationship with their child.

Applied Behavior Analysis is based on the principle that behavior change should improve an individual’s life and result in better outcomes over time. Social significance is one of the most important commitments of ABA and we take it very seriously at Time 2 Grow ABA. BCBA clinical directors not only aim for significant immediate results, but they also program for meaningful experiences in the future. We provide individualized ABA by integrating services within a family’s lifestyle so it may complement and enhance interactions within the family, home, and community environments.
Ultimately, we strive for children and families to acquire, gain, and maintain skills that increase their independence across these environments.
