Arielle Thomas

Arielle Thomas

Arielle was driven by her passion for early childhood development which led her to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. “Children have so much life and spirit within them, it’s refreshing working with their curious minds.” Arielle spent years working in afterschool programs, preschools, and children’s hospitals, teaching, coaching, and volunteering her experience to young children. This experience deeply impacted her life and she knew that her career would involve helping shape young children into the person they will one day become. Arielle was introduced to the field of ABA as an RBT in 2020 and went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is an active Board Certified Behavior Analysis. As a BCBA, Arielle provides services for functional behavioral assessments, program development, creation and implementation of behavior intervention plans, 1:1 therapy, and parent training. She proudly supervises RBT’s and BCBA trainees. “I take pride in creating programs based on my learners preferences, diverse family values, and socially significant needs.” In my free time you can find me looking for new restaurants, spending quality time with my loved ones, and enjoying a relaxing day by the water.
